Economic Analysis of Law: Preliminary Syllabus

Assignments should be read by the first class of each week. The text is D. Friedman, Law's Order. Both a draft in HTML and page images of the final version are webbed. The page images are there to support links to the virtual footnotes.

"The Problem of Social Cost," by Ronald Coase, will be on reserve in the library. It is also available online, but requires JSTOR access, which I think we can get through our library--but I have not checked.
