One advantage of a webbed book is that you can correct errors, update out of date information, add additional material. I hope you will help me do all of those things. As you may notice, a few footnotes have text in red requesting information I have so far been unable to find. If you find a typo or broken link, a factual mistake, something online I ought to link to, anything else that would help make the book better, I hope you will email me.
